Timothy's Law Testimony
On Oct. 10, 2003, Dierdre appeared before a hearing in the New York State Senate and delivered this testimony in support of Timothy's Law, which would require that insurance companies deliver mental health and substance abuse treatment in parity with their coverage for any other illness.  The law passed on Sept. 15, 2006.
